How does sizing run?

Each collection has varying sizing charts. Please DM me at Connect@theadvocatecoffee.com and I will be happy to send you the exact charts for what item you've got your eye on. Here is one for our flowy tee sizing chart: 

When will my order ship?

We use USPS. Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. In some cases, the order may need to be screen printed and could take a day or two more. For design custom orders, shipping and screen printing/vinyl time is longer, anywhere from 7-14 business days. DM me for full detail set up on custom orders at Connect@theadvocatecoffee.com 

Do you offer free shipping?

What we offer is free shipping for larger orders over $150.00 pre-tax, and we do pay for part of the shipping costs incurred for all orders below that. 

How do I return my order?

For return orders, please DM me with any concerns you might have with your order. As each drop is a limited supply, in some cases I can do exchanges, but we do sell out quickly. I will be happy to ensure you have store credit for our next drop. We truly want you to have a great shopping experience and that you feel fantastic in each of our pieces.

As a friendly reminder, each of our designs are hand screen printed or vinyl pressed (no big machines or nothing), slightly imperfect, very unique, designed with love, and care. I want you to feel your best and know it is a meaningful artistic piece. 

We do reserve the right to decline a refund should an item or items be returned damaged, worn, or used. Please DM us directly at Connect@theadvocatecoffee.com 

Do you offer exchanges?

Depending on what we have available in our collection we could do an exchange and should the item be unworn or damaged. Please Dm us directly at Connect@theadvocatecoffee.com 

For Coffee Beans and retail

All coffee bean sales are final. However, should you experience a damaged Bodum item please email me within 24 hrs of receiving your item, and we will refund you or exchange it for a new one.
